A Family Tradition Of Community Support

Mickey Wilton, Founder of Central Welding Supply (pictured right), completed a delivery of 350 Christmas Stockings for children of all ages to the Sky Valley Food Bank in Monroe, WA. Jeremy Millette and Tim Shawver, managers from the Lynnwood, WA and Central Cryogenics division (respectively), have supported the delivery for a number of years.

Donating Christmas stockings to community food banks has been a Wilton family tradition for many years. This year Mickey did 100% of the stockings himself. He ordered all the candy and toys and goodies, with different items in stockings per age and gender groups. Then, he assembles them and organizes donations ready to ship to local foodbanks.

Mickey personally delivered 105 stockings to the Maltby Food Bank in Snohomish, WA a little over a week ago. Mickey Wilton set the standard for supporting the communities we serve, and we are honored to follow his example. Supporting community charities has been an initiative included in Central Welding Supply's company wellness program.

Toys for Tots, as well as other foodbank drives, are carried out at several locations and by independent staff members through the holiday season each year.
