Micro-Bulk Gas Service

Upgrade your gas supply with our Micro-bulk Gas Service. the seamless, cost-effective alternative to traditional cylinder exchange. With high-speed, metered on-site filling, you pay strictly for the product you consume while completely eliminating residual product waste. By maintaining permanent containers on-site, you reduce monthly cylinder rental fees, cut down on labor and handling, eliminate contamination risks, and keep your operation running at peak efficiency. We support all major industrial gases, including Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon, Carbon Dioxide (CO2), and Helium

  • We provide the proper vessel(s) for your volume and usage.

  • Vessels are kept on site and dedicated for your use.

  • You maintain only the minimum quantity of vessels to meet reserve requirements.

  • We establish a regular delivery schedule and use wireless telemetry to monitor micro-bulk tanks remotely, to insure the supply you need is always on hand.

Micro-Bulk Gas System Benefits

  • Cost Savings: Pay only for the liquid you use. On-site metered delivery ensures accurate, precise billing every time.

  • Zero Waste: Keep your tanks on-site permanently—eliminating the leftover gas typically lost during cylinder exchanges.

  • Lower Rental Costs: Streamline your footprint. Fewer containers on-site means significantly reduced cylinder rental fees.

  • Reduced Labor: Minimize cylinder handling so your team can focus on productive work rather than moving heavy tanks.

  • Consistent Quality: Closed-system delivery protects against product contamination, maintaining pure, consistent gas quality.

  • Fast, Efficient Delivery: High-speed, metered filling gets your supply topped off quickly without disrupting operations.

CENTRA-PAD Portable Bulk Tank Pads

Simplified Infrastructure. Immediate Expansion.

The CENTRA-PAD is a precast, portable concrete foundation designed to streamline your MicroBulk and Bulk gas system installations. By eliminating the high costs, permits, and downtime associated with pouring traditional concrete pads, CENTRA-PAD lets you scale your gas capacity quickly with little to no capital investment.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Fast Installation: Requires zero concrete pouring. Simply provide a suitable, level site with delivery truck access, and the pad is ready for tank placement.

  • Flexible Sizing & Infinitely Customizable: Designed to accommodate standard tank footprints while easily adapting to your site’s specific spatial and operational requirements—whether for small-scale or heavy-duty setups.

  • Relocatable & Scalable: Ideal for leased properties or growing facilities; easily relocate the pad or scale up capacities as your demand evolves.

  • Turnkey & Permit-Friendly: Skip the lengthy civil engineering, site prep, and concrete cure times to get your system operational faster.

  • Flexible Purchasing: Available for purchase or low-cost monthly rental to protect your cash flow while expanding production.

GAS MANAGEMENT AND SUPPLY PROCESS

1 - Liquefied gases are delivered to the customer’s facility by Central Cryogenics delivery truck. Key controls and components on the truck allow the driver to safely and quickly deliver the proper amount of liquid accurately into the bulk storage vessel or small bulk tanks

2 - When the bulk storage vessel is installed indoors, an externally wall-mounted control box can be added for remote filling. This allows the gas delivery to safely take place without the drivers entering the building in most installations.

3 - Liquefied gases are stored at ultra-cold temperatures in the vacuum-insulated tank. Customized controls for the application maintain the vessel at the property delivery pressure and deliver gas or liquid on demand.

4 - The telemetry level gauge accurately monitors the cryogenic liquid level and is telemetry ready for remote monitoring or connection to customers monitoring systems.

5 - The telemetry level gauge accurately monitors the cryogenic liquid level and is telemetry ready for remote monitoring or connection to customers monitoring systems.

NOTE: Numbered laser configuration includes: 1) flat sheet laser cutter, 2) copper pipe, 3) vaporizer, 4) micro-bulk storage, and 5) laser manifold with laser cylinders.
