Central Welding Supply is a proud sponsor of 3 different Midget or Dwarf Car Divisions: the AMCA Dwarf Bandits, the NW Focus Midgets, and the WQMA Quarter Midgets.
Midget cars are 5/8 replicas of 1928-1948 coupes, sedans and panel trucks. They run with open wheels and have all sheet metals bodies. Quarter Midgets if a racing division for boys and girls ages 5-17 in all different classes. Quarter Midgets are ¼ of the size of full midget cars. Races are typically run on a smaller track.

The AMCA Bandit Dwarfs are a group of racers running a series of events on dirt and asphalt tracks in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and British Columbia. Saturday, April 2, 2022, was the season opener at South Sound Speedway. Visit the AMCA Bandit Dwarfs facebook page for more news and photos.
NW Focus Midgets utilize a standard midget chassis with the difference being cars powered by a 2.0L Spec Ford Focus engine (approximately160hp). The Series has become the fastest group of Midget racing in the United States. The Series is managed by Carla & Gaylon Stewart, lifelong participants and supporters of dirt track racing.
NW Focus Midget Season Opens Friday, April 8, 2022 at Deming Speedway!
The NW Focus Midgets start the season this Friday night at Deming Speedway. Drivers are ready to deliver an action-packed night of competitive racing, as they join Deming’s classes of 600’s, 600R’s, 1200’s and JR Sprints.

WQMA Quarter Midgets- These are ¼ of the size of full midget cars, typically run on a smaller track. The drivers are pint-sized too. The WQMA offers girls and boys the experience in a controlled environment. WQMA offers Ride Days, and Novice Training as well as competitive racing.
